SIKRE warrants that its roof boxes will be free from defects in material and workmanship,
subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth below, for a period of 5 years from the
date of original purchase.
What SIKRE Will Do:
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, SIKRE will, at its
sole discretion, either repair the defective part or product, replace the defective part or
product, or provide a credit towards the purchase of a new SIKRE product.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations:
1. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents,
fading), or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
2. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance,
or modification of the product.
3. Damage to the roof box caused by vehicle accidents, road hazards, or improper
cleaning chemicals.
4. Damage resulting from exceeding the roof boxes stated load capacity of (REIKA: 225
LBS or RAMR 11: 185LBS) or the vehicle’s roof load capacity.
5. Damage caused by the user’s failure to secure the box properly to the vehicle or to
secure items properly within the box, leading to the loss or damage of contents or
the box itself.
6. Any damage to the vehicle or other property caused by the roof box.
C. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
SIKRE, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO
USE THE SIKRE PRODUCT, EVEN IF SIKRE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.
- Owner Responsibility: The sole responsibility for the proper and safe mounting,
loading, and use of the SIKRE roof box rests with the owner and user of the product. - No Implied Warranties: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SIKRE MAKES
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
D. Indemnification - The purchaser and user of the SIKRE roof box agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold
harmless SIKRE, its oAicers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, fines, penalties, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of (a) your use of the SIKRE product, (b) your negligence or willful misconduct, or (c) any breach by you of the terms contained within this Owner’s Manual.
E. Governing Law
This Owner's Manual and any sales transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this manual or the product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Utah.
